By using Page Me you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
A toy pager, not an emergency service
Page Me is a free app for fun messaging between friends. Do not rely on it for anything urgent, safety-related or medical. Pages can be delayed or lost. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your pager number
Your number is assigned at random and may be reassigned if you disconnect it. Keep your activation code somewhere safe: it is the only way to move your number to a new phone. We cannot recover a number without it.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Page Me to harass, threaten, spam, impersonate, or send anything illegal or sexually explicit, and don’t try to guess numbers, overload the service, or get around blocks and rate limits. We may suspend or delete pager numbers that break these rules, particularly after a report.
Your content
Your pages are yours. You give us only the permission needed to carry them to the friend you sent them to. You’re responsible for what you send.
Availability and changes
Page Me is provided as is, free, and may change or stop. We’ll try to give notice before shutting it down.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, Page Me is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for lost, delayed or misdelivered pages or any loss arising from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
